How to Download and Install Sims 4 Save Files

Recently I’ve been making a few save file tours on my channel and I thought it would be helpful to make a quick tutorial on how to use and download save files for The Sims 4. It’s pretty simple, just follow the steps below:

Tutorial Steps

1. Back-up your saves by copying the folder 'Saves' from Documents → Electronic Arts → The Sims 4 and pasting it somewhere else on your computer.

2. Download your save file of choice.

3. Unzip the download.

4. Check the save slot number against the other saves in your save folder. If the numbers clash, rename the save file with a higher unused number.

5. Move the downloaded file to Documents → Electronic Arts → The Sims 4 → Saves

6. Load up the game, find the save file and press play.

7. Save the file again after loading it in the game and then restart.
